Service Trucks

BestWay operates 5 fully equipped service trucks for road calls, site calls or dedicated customer facility placement. Some service trucks are also equipped with power generators to pre-trip refrigerated equipment in the field.

Facilities

Administrative Offices / Trailer & Tractor Maintenance / Trailer & Container Storage

Located in the heart of the Port Zone of San Juan Harbor in Puerto Nuevo are the central, administrative offices of BestWay, where a fully bilingual support staff of employees, perform billing, communications and secretarial duties. Additionally on the premises are maintenance and storage facilities for trailers, tractors and containers. The complex occupies 3 acres of strategically located land, literally in the middle of San Juan Bay’s Port Zone.

Caguas Maintenance & Trailer Storage Terminal

Strategically located in Caguas, in the center of Puerto Rico, BestWay operates a Trailer maintenance facility and a Trailer / Tractor storage operation occupying 16 acres of land.

Cataño Trailer Repair Terminal

BestWay Transport operates a fully equipped 2-acre trailer yard/repair facility, and has a well stocked parts department with components for transport refrigeration, generator, container, trailers/chassis repair, and Fantuzzi container handling equipment.
